Export as H.264 23.976 still shows NTSC (or PAL)
i'm playing around exporting. when select custom preset (1920 x 1080, 23.976 fps) ntsc button in same window selected. never seemed right me see ntsc turned on when export has nothing ntsc.
is layout or design error in premiere, or ntsc button highlighted reason?
the 23.976 frame rate defined ntsc standards.
24p progressive format adopted those
planning on transferring video signal film. film , video
makers use 24p if productions not going be
transferred film, because of on-screen "look" of
the (low) frame rate matches native film.
when transferred ntsc television, rate slowed
to 23.976 fps (24×1000÷1001 exact), , when transferred
to pal or secam sped 25 fps.
