How to not lose hyperlinks

we today ungraded cs2 cs6 - not idea...   use indesign couple of printed catalogs converted heavily hyperlinked pdf website.  on loading 1 of cs2 catalogs, discovered cs6 appears deleting hundreds of hyperlinks imported cs2 docs.  require mountain of work fix if continue cs6, unless there easy fix such setting default imported files.  normal behavior?   how can deal this?  unfortunately, sysop ignored request keep cs2 on system.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
