I am unable to open "sticky notes" that I created in Adobe Reader X

i have problem. create sticky note in adobe reader x, , when open it, unable read text.

 

here happens: create sticky note text, , close document. how close document may important in solving problem let me describe it: first hitting "sign" @ top, , hit "place signature". hit "done signing". i  receive popup window states: "any signatures or added text permanently merged in pdf finalize changes , file saved." hit "confirm" button. "save as" window appears, , save file hitting "save". when later go back, , open file, cannot view text in sticky note.

 

can me this? have done alot of work reviewing documents, making sticky notes text inside them, may have been naught, since cannot go later , read text inside notes.
