I can't install the free trial Acrobat XI Pro

i have acer aspire 5551-4200. operates windows 7. trying download free trial acrobat xi pro , everytime click "download now" button, box come , i'd click "run" disappear afterwards , nothing happen. need asap!

download using method:

 

direct download links adobe software

 

and use browser firefox.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
