Image links to the wrong image

i received indesign file off client set print. it's 184 pages a5 book, text heavy 50-60 images. these images linked directory client had packaged , sent of me.

when first opened file said images missing , needed relinking. done this, there no errors. brings in wrong image. brings in image has been used somewhere else in document. proper image not named same, both in same directory (it's been packaged) changes scale of wrong image should be, doesn't make noticable. first time image used correctly, close up. second time repeats image showing full image scaled fit image box area.

any ideas why has done ???

maybe because placed in wrong place in original document? can replace correct one? check links panel , you'll see same picture in both pages.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
