Missing ID3 tags - Volume correction

hi

adobe soundbooth cs5

i have a lot of mp3 files when id3 tag contains different titles - artist names - album names.

if use "tasks" - "volume correction" to match all volume's.

after have saving mp3 files , id3 tags i missing  both song titles - artist names - album names of all mp3 - why?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
