Newsstand Subscribers and Push Notifications

we have free publication on newsstand getting attention , downloads users, facing 2 major challenges keep readership of magazine high downloads, :-

 

- not knowing subscribed, have looked everywhere , asked support team , seems there no way know subscribed magzine (free in-app purchase), can contact/communicate with, creating huge gap between , readers, pretty active on social networks, fact have no clue subscribed, challenging, recommendations on issue ?

 

- push notification, unfortunetly being pro member cannot send messege subscribers/app downloaders new issues, can send notification will show red badge/ribbon, , not sem effective , not helping in increasing number of downloads per issue ! , not adobe's advantage because end slowing folio downloads adobe sells in bundles !

 

i love hear adobe guys , other fellow members on how tackle challenges, , want hear adobe if there option pro customers send 'messege notifications drive higher folio downloads.

i love see pro account support better way communicate customers more robust push notification system or 3rd party service...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
