Requesting user capability to "Save Response as PDF File w/form design intact"

love new admin "save response pdf file form design intact" feature, need our indivual users (i.e. ones filling out form) able this. our director still needs hard copy of form manual signatures , pay check. our committee chairs use online data (from excel file) need user print hard copy physically turn in director. .pdf file form design intact our user print out , turn in helpful.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
