Tab order of radio buttons skipping back

i'm using adobe acrobat pro xi (trial now) mess around forms. having problem right tab order. believe culprits few pairs of radio buttons have set sequentially. each pair in it's own group 1 being "y" , other "n". after setting tab order such can navigate form in specified order, have found when reach bottom of first page (the same page in radio buttons found), last object "tab" through being text field, redirected radio buttons instead of proceeding next tabulated object located on next page. when first tab through radio buttons, default value land on "y" value, , when unexpectedly redirected there again, default value land on "n" value of first radio button. if tab through bottom of page, once again redirected radio buttons. if mouse click on next field on page 2 , tab through, works fine including being able move onto page 3 in expected order. gives? why keep getting redirected radio buttons @ end of tabulating through page 1? have radio button groups in correct tab order, i'm not sure how fix issue radio buttons. appreciated. have tried looking online in multiple places solution, haven't quite found 1 or else might have same problem. if further clarification needed, please let me know. thanks!

make sure thenames items including checkboxes , radio buttons unique on each page if go adjust ment tab order can drag them correct order.

 

even though may have placed them @ specific spot if added @ later place in design (say after thought, hey need add this), tab order based on when added not position actual element placed.

 

in other words if check boxes /radio buttons fourth item down position wise in document twentith item added  skipped on thad other 19 in turn tabbed when 20th tab hit bounce check boxes/ radio buttons.

 

be sure titled button1 button1a, button 2 button 2a , on or lese marked @ same time , may bounce first position in.
