Thread: Duplex printing only works in Chrome

working on getting of printers configured. using 11.04.

work computer colorqube 8570. when try , print through chrome, can click "two-sided" option , prints fine.

however, when go in actual printer dialog or use other program uses set printer menu , navigate page setup, there no other option in "two-sided" menu, 1 sided printing available. printer can print in duplex machine, why not available printer menu?
