Thread: "Lost" files in FAT32 drive

hi!


little sleepy , formated 256 gb usb pendrive fat32, copied files , folders laptop xubuntu (ntfs) and... folders , files out of folders in right place, no problem, files inside folders "disappeared" (i write disappeared in quotation marks because disc space still occupy, give me hope...)


idea how recovery files?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
