trying to upgrade

trying upgrade adobe 11.0xxxxxxx. error not error #. went acrobat page. followed instructions windows 7. uninstalled active x , 1 other program re-install. no instructions came re-install. lost active x , 1 other ??  version 11.0xxx has been downloaded no choice install. not sure how disable webroot security temporarily acrobat.. technologically challenged!!

your choppy language , genuine absence of "real" information make hard figure out things. start running acrobat cleaner tool , try reinstall program. else require better explanation on part, can't resolve things don't know yourself. it's computer, need know how manage software.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
