when lightroom 5 becomes available purchase, able upgrade directly lightroom 3, or have purchase lightroom 4 , upgrade lightroom 5?

also, 5 have same features of 4?

i'm not sure future upgrade policies, lightroom version can upgraded latest lightroom version (4): http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/buying-guide-upgrades.html

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
