Adobe Application Manager Update Error U44M1P7

the application manager gives me error u44m1p7 tried updates site got updates not applied message . bridge patch 5.0.2, flash pro cs6 update 2, fireworks cs6 , can't find new photoshop update creative cloud photoshop 13.1.2. started when subscribed creative cloud photoshop yesterday. can't install photoshop 13.0.4 had before creative suite.

i have been waiting 170 minutes tech support return call.
