Can only tab to 1 of 4 radial circles - how can I fix this

i'm new forms.  have 4 radial circles exclusive - 1 circle out of 4 can selected.  can tab first circle.  how create 4 circles can tab each one, 1 of 4 can selected?  thanks

instead of using radio-buttons, should use check-boxes. not

be round, can set them filled-in black dot, like

radio-buttons. make them behave same way (to mutually exclusive),

you need give them same name each 1 should have unique

export value (which set in properties window, under options, where

you can set check-box style "circle").
