Resetting Course after completion

hello,

 

i'm having issues courses not starting slide 1 after user gets completion and/or passing score. i'm using captivate 6 , i'm publishing scorm 1.2. i've ensured 'set exit normal after completion' checked.

 

what need after user completes course, he/she should able go course second time , restart first slide. currently, course restarts last slide. missing something? i've included screenshots of publish settings configuration i'm using publish our lms. appreciated. in advance.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
