Thread: Bioshock 2 No Sound

running latest version if wine , got bioshock 2 , running after intro , loading screen music coming out of game crackle , i'm left no sound ever. after level loads still have no sound, settings set proper sound , settings set alsa in wine. i'm open suggestions. thanks!

the default audio system in ubuntu pulseaudio; check wine configuration , try change. also, have found installing pulse* libs in synaptics helps.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
