Thread: Gimp filters not working

i'm @ loss. have fresh install of 11.10 gnome-shell , few ppas (webupd8 extensions , themes). installed gimp, unfortunately none of filters seem working, or worse seem lock dialog. instance, if try apply drop-shadow, nothing seems happen , drop-shadow dialog locks , won't close.

have ideas?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
