Thread: GTK+ Appearance not working in some gnome apps


hello,

switched kubuntu because of unity , gnome 3 disasters , love kubuntu tries make gnome apps feel native.

oxygen-gtk widget style selected in gtk+ appearance window doe not applied of gnome apps. works apps pidgin , gimp not rhythmbox or gnome network manager. these 2 still use horrible raleigh style. ideas why?

in onerig oxygen-gtk working gtk2 apps. need gtk3-engines-oxygen, can here ppa:gnumdk/ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnumdk/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install gtk3-engines-oxygen
close sesion or restart system.
