Bridge button no longer in Photoshop CS6

i have seen discussions subject far there has not been satisfactory answer. people asking why bridge button removed photoshop, use quite move between photoshop , bridge. answer been provided removed make more screen room, not true. in version 5.1 bridge button located on "file" menu bar @ top of screen , has absolutely no effect on amount of available screen space. think appreciate if button put in , adobe quit making excuses why removed in first place. not create more screen space.

 

also, bridge button still there in indesign cs6. so, why not same photoshop?

ps: or, allow users have option of allowing or not adding option preferances. more user control of interface nice anyway.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
