Camera RAW update fails @ 99%.

camera raw update fails @ 99%.

 

this has happended since signing creative cloud suite of programmes. have uninstalled , reinstalled , have run adobe clean-up tool. @ witts end, losing valuable time , money trying sort out!

 

installation failed. error code: u44m1p7

 

error logs show no fails or error's?!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
