Creative Cloud Connection update error - U43M1D204

received update request adobe application manager "creative cloud connection".  error states "the download appears corrupted.  press cancel, wait few minutes , try again (u43m1d204).  tried several times receiving same error.  please advise how correct.

 

mac os 10.8.3

are using cs6 right now?  if so, try solution http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

 

if trying update creative cloud on own, page should have answer http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-installation-download .html

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
