Email Contact Form Problem

i have set contact form on website e-mailed e-mail address have set site on clicking "submit" button. have apparently succeeded in associating php script form, php error message every time click submit button show e-mail has not been sent. having worked way down simplest of php scripts , triple checking variable details matching names in html, tried checking host netcetera if there needed @ end.

 

they replied "the form mail should authenticated valid email address , password. please use smtp host mail.netcetera.co.uk"

 

i cannot find anyway of doing directly in dreamweaver nor guidance on adobe on how this.

 

any ideas?

open php script file in text editor or in dw code view, make correction, save , upload server.

 

if you're still having problems, please post entire code script here.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
