Error with Captive runtime from optical media or usb drive

i can't captive runtime air applications run optical disc or usb flash memory drive. applications work until put on disc.

 

on windows "initial content can not found" error. have included of files created adt bundle.

 

on mac, crashes immediately. in console see message:

 

com.apple.launchd.peruser.501: ([0x0-0xce0ce].myapplication[1187]) exited code: 4

 

i've tried can think of... don't know go here.

can send me copy of application (ccampbel@adobe.com), i'd happy give try you.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
