Font issues in InDesign CS6

i downloaded indesign cs6 through creative cloud , having lots of font problems. if use font other adobe font or open type font, unable create error-free pdf indesign file. can use true type or type 1 fonts in document, won't embed pdf file. gives?

well, fonts may not allow embedding. there such flag font creators can set , adobe apps honor , not embhed fonts not allowed to.... anyway, ask in id forum , provide more details fonts actualyl use, system, pdf settings , on...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
