Is there a way to create a postscript file in InDesign for a certain page size without a printer?

i need set postscript file book take print can set print settings 11 17 in. paper. there way around this?

 

i using mac cs6.

is print service provider requiring postscript file? normally, require pdf reasonably modern workflow.

 

the print postscript printer , device independent option limited. if there particular device print service provider using , requires postscript for, should providing particular ppd , thus, allow customize postscript device.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
