It appears that Revel can't be used for offline viewing

if have ipad airplane mode on, unable view photos or if photo displayed very blurry.  concluded revel must have internet connection, means eat data plan , since appears photos not stored on ipad, viewing photos slower , slower if there internet connection slow internet connection.

 

am correct on counts?

hello,

need wifi connection download thumbnails previewing images in revel on ipad. when view photos out wifi connection, revel show cached thumbnail of image not full resolution. see full resolution of image, need connected wifi revel downloads , caches full resolution of image cloud service.

i tested viewed album of photos, clicked on 5 out of 7 images , viewed them in loupe view(single image). these images showed full resolution, turned off wifi on ipad.  remaining 2 images still did show did show bit blurry. because did not view image in loupe view download thumbnail.  turned on wifi , viewed image again revel able view image in full resolution. hope didn't sound confusing. if view images in single loupe view cache image offline viewing. granted best connected wifi not take long download images.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
