PARM error message on opening CS6 software

i have japanese version of cs6, operate software on mac osx lion english operating system.

 

every other application including photoshop , indesign work ok.

 

when open illustrator parm error.

 

how can resolved?

you might need edit thje application package content , disable languages. go apllications folder, find ai, right-click, choose info , disable languages don#t need.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
