Shapes will not align correctly!

look @ photo provided.

 

the rectangle not circle correctly or evenly , it's driving me crazy.

this has been happening , move on , find way around it.

i've had enough though.

 

i'm mad right now, words can not express.

 

i've turned off , on snap point, snap grid, smart guides.

everytime drag rectangles edges circles, magically somehow snap original spot or further wanted it.

nothing fixes it. i'm extremely furious! why edge of circle able there not edge of rectangle?!

 

i've tried increase , decrease shapes. still, nothing.

someone please... me...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
