Thread: Cannot Initialize NVIDIA Kernal Module every time I boot up.


hi there!

downloaded , installed ubuntu 10.04 , have managed install drivers correctly reason not know why nvidia driver not working correctly

have geforce gtx 460 se , installed nvidia-linux-x86_64.290.10.run driver 10 times success , monitor able produce high resolutions can produce (it lg twenty inch wide screen monitor" once reboot computer , boot ubuntu again driver fails , says cannot initialize nvidia kernal module , have run in low-graphics mode.

have been trying rigorously solve issue after countless installs, losing hope. can please poor soul me?

try installing latest nvidia drivers
