Thread: duplicate panel trays

every application ran has duplicate tray in bottom panel few pixels wide. unable find related when browsed gconf tree.

using ubuntu 10.10, gnome2, metacity. yes know - i'd update 11.10 if had instructions how use gnome2 or xfce, don't think it's necessary fix particular problem.

unsquashed duplicate tray moving away screen edge. can see duplicate tray container. edit remove duplicate?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
