Thread: Hibernation not working on Asus Laptop

i have asus u45jc laptop, , hibernation doesn't work.

i've installed uswusp check progress, and

checked image size,

checked free swap,

said saved snapshot image,

referred compression rate, near 0.3

, last line said s| , stopped.

after that, laptop froze displaying lines described above, , fan span.

similar thing happens 'sleeping'.

please me

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
