system lucid linux 2.6.32 - 25 generic version of kernel ,
have ubuntu 10.04 , ultimate edition 2.7.

should upgrade to:

10.10 or 11.0?

upgrade work ultimate edition?

you might want wait until april
when next lts release available

, i'd recommend backup , complete new install

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
