v26 Plugin updates hanging

is else using munki or ard install v26 plugin updates cs5 on osx lower 10.8?  in scenario, folio panel , desktop tools v26 installers hanging.  seems isolated scenario machines osx 10.8 , higher work , manual installs still work accross board.  happens after convert adobe supplied updates aamee can use them ard or munki.  manual installs work fine, have on 75 users plugins @ point manual installs aren't option.  advice?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
