Adobe App Manager- Download Error

i signed creative cloud couple of hours ago... , have been trying download apps ever since, can't download single thing.  i've redownloaded , installed application manager. i've run creativesuite cleaner tool twice. diabled firewalls. , still "download error. press retry try again or contact customer support." - message when opening manager directly or when clicking download application through creative cloud app center.  getting frustrating.

 

is there other way download programs without using application manager??? if not , can't solved, guess have cancel account. :/

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
