Adobe Application Manager Crashing After Log In on Mac

hi,

i'm using macbook pro , i'm testing creative cloud. adobe application manager working fine until 2 days ago.

but now, every time start adobe application manager, asks me user name , password, , after entering information, adobe application manager crashes.

i've tried reinstall application did not work... because of can't update application , can't install creative cloud connection app. what can i do to solve this?

thanks help.

please try following:

 

rename oobe folder in these locations

go folder

/library/application support/adobe

~/library/application support/adobe

 

reinstall aam location

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4774

 

also give permission on these folder on both location after reinstall aam.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
