Cloud no longer syncing
i purchased creative cloud student version in january , using without issue few months. month ago computer stopped syncing creative cloud. sign in adobe id , password , both accepted icon @ top of screen still show cloud not synced. continued using creative suite programs , able use cloud space drag/drop feature web version. however, when try start of adobe programs told need licesnse them , prompted again sign in adobe id , password. because nothing syncing no longer able use of adobe programs. there way can reset connection or license programs usable? of continuing pay monthly service , can't open single adobe program on computer.
