Creative Cloud Photoshop won't update

creative cloud photoshop cs6 won't update. updates download won't install.  i've tried manual , automatic updates , fail when comes installing. error referring me log, , when read log sheds no light on problem. don't understand jargon in log. failure code u44m1p7.

 

what should updates? thanks.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
