I cannot open CRW files from Canon 6D in PS6 (Cloud)

the app manager shows has updates , when start update tells me quit app manager in turn terminates update download.

 

advice?

yes ps cs6 open canon 6d raw file. need make sure have at-least acr 7.3 installed. can check help->about plug-in->camera raw

 

if have older version, can install latest 1 i.e. acr 7.4 using photoshop updates. help->updates

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
