I can´t install some apps

i can´t install apps of creative cloud because "aam" sais updated (i made bad installation before, unsitalled aplications , installed aplications 1 more time).

are getting specific error message?  if uninstalled applications, should able reinstall though.  users having issues aam in past have had success deleting data following location on machine , trying reinstall again. ~/library/application support/adobe/aamupdater/1.0/

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
