I receive the error Photoshop cs6 has stopped working for windows 7 32 bit

i downloaded , installed cs6 windows 7 32 bit , cant open use,i message" adobe photoshop cs6 has stopped working" have tried different graphics drivers still same. other adobe softaware works fine,ie: elements11 , lightroom4. ideas?
