Insert options not working in Dreamweaver - PLEASE HELP!!

i have dreamweaver cs6, purchased through creative cloud running on imac.

 

recently have noticed insert options not showing through insert window:

on top of this, none of options in insert drop down menu work either.

 

i have tried going through in-app settings haven't found might causing problem, why concerned.

 

i need fix asap please me out!

try trashing cache first: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/494811

 

if still doesn't help, > updates make sure you've installed available updates.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
