Installation InDesignCS6 failed: conflict with imageready.exe

i tried several times install indesigncs6 via cloud.
during installation message there conflict imageready.exe, should closed.
in taskmanager there no such file active.
imageready not installed on computer.
only file similar name found exe belongs backup-tool (not activated during installation process) called shadowprotect (by storagecraft).
any idea? helping.

double check running processes imageready.exe.  also, make sure there no other adobe programs running photoshop or acrobat or reader.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
