Pinning lightbox elements

hello,

 

i have big lightbox next-previous arrows , know if it'd possible pin arrows display in middle of screen scroll or down.

i've added 2 pictures below, in 1 on left side, can see can't pin outer box; while in picture on right, can see character box pinnable, doesn't work reason.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
