Reader update has broken IE
several of our users have received latest update reader , no pdfs open in browser. using ie 8 because have technical manual not run in 9 or 10. have checked add-on settings in ie , there no add-on adobe adobe pdf reader (we have checked under drop downs in add on manager) not exist @ all. have uninstalled reader xi , gone backwards has no affect - add on never installed seems.
we need fix our tech manuals pdfs , online , linked. opening main file in reader , not browser not work us.
for others - if run problem - because our users using 64 bit ie. if use 32 bit ie ie open pdfs correctly - in browser. can't use 64 bit ie on 64 bit machine - go figure.
