Set up Clustering !!!!!!!!!

anyone know why got exeption when set clustering. "java.io.ioexception: server returned http response code: 401 url: http://cm-web1.cen.com:4504/crx/config/cluster.jsp". try join url master author got exeption.

 

i follow url http://dev.day.com/docs/en/crx/current/administering/cluster.html  instruction.

hi jenny,

  crx needs login before can use crx consoles. should typically prompt credentials when access above link. if not doing follow below steps:

1. try first go http://cm-web1.cen.com:4504/crx/explorer , ensure logged in admin user.

2. go link trying. link http://cm-web1.cen.com:4504/crx/config/cluster.jsp show cluster properties of node.

 

if want create cluster try access http://cm-web1.cen.com:4504/libs/granite/cluster/content/admin.html#/libs/granite/cluster/content/admin/node.new.html

access above link node want act slave. enter url node want act master in master url field , admin credentials node , click on 'join' button. should trick.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
