Text not adjusting right in smartphone view

i attempting build website using dw fluid grid layout. issue having text in navbar. in desktop , tablet view, nav text displays ok. when in smartphone view, text not aligning correctly when stacked. i’m not sure in css. ul set display inline right now.

 

 

any ideas?

 

it better give link site can see problem in situ.
