recommended maverick update (libgweather-common) failed , totally messed system - see terminal output.
after failure upgrade couldn't "system log", "system monitor" or open "terminal" - windows did open, had white background. pc failed reboot, halting @ at busybox terminal.1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 remove , 0 not upgraded.
need 1,010kb of archives.
after operation, 0b of additional disk space used.

fortunately running maverick in virtualbox able have go previous saved snapshot. have tried update "update manager" , "synaptic" same result. other recommended upgrades installed.
know how should proceed?
whoa, sounds bug in package. after upgrade, run 'ubuntu-bug libgweather-common' , give developers info gave.
