unable to configure video, CQ5.6

hi,

 

i tried configuring video on page using instructions given in http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/wcm/default_components/videocomponents.html , have installed ffmpeg , included path system variable path noted in document. have restarted cq server when drop video on "drop asset" video starts playing in browser , doesn't configured. format of video mp4. please advise.

hi,

 

i have been able add video now. have copied video dam , dragging video there , can see placeholder video. however, video not playing. can see video placeholder white screen. below given image shows same. suggestions ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
