Acrobat Pro on Mac OSX 10.8.3

i trialing acrobat pro , still have several days left of trial. has ben working fine far now, when try open it not , comes error 1. have installed photoshop cs6 , wonder if reason? how can solove problem please?

do receive error messages during installation process?  have tried running adobe support advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to review installation log?
